I wanted to throw a dinner party for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and Chef Nigel delivered BEYOND my expectations! He worked with me to understand our favorite cuisines, restaurants, and dishes to create a menu that would absolutely WOW us. Not only did he cook an incredible 4-course meal, but also made the logistics of the event seamless. We requested to dine on the rooftop of our apartment building, and Chef Nigel and his team brought each course up to the rooftop, plated the meal, and walked us through the wonderful ingredients and flavors in each course. We were given a true culinary experience, which made the event that much more special. The team was professional, accommodating, and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen following the event. I CANNOT thank Chef Nigel enough for making this dinner party PERFECT. Could not recommend him enough. Already looking to plan my next event with him.

Chef Nigel was amazing! His cooking lesson, birthday dinner was better than dining at a five-star restaurant. He was patient and thorough with us. I definitely recommend hiring him! The fact that he included everything, even the dishes to cook in was plus. Thanks Chef!! D and I enjoyed it very much!

Chef Nigel catered by 50th Birthday party for 40 people. Chef Nigel took the time to help me create the menu for my party and give my guests a culinary experience. The food and presentation was 15 out of 10…. he is truly an amazing Chef and cares about his customers. If you are looking for for an experience that WOW’s you then you need to book NOW! He was AMAZING and I can’t thank him enough for all he did to help me plan the food for my party! I hope to plan a dinner party soon to try more of his creations!

I came home to a wonderful surprise. Great friends of mine booked Nigel to cook for me and my family last night. What a treat! Nigel is extremely nice and a great conservationist not to mention an amazing chef. Everything we ate was delicious, beautifully and professionally plated and he cleaned everything afterwards. You wouldn’t even know someone cooked in your kitchen!. He even cooked a seperate Vegan dish for one of my kids. We loved it so much we decided to book him for our Nee Years Eve gathering. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!
