Dish of the Day: Hoisin Braised Moulard Duck Leg

      Today’s dish is Hoisin Braised Moulard Duck Leg, a special creation of mine. Stewed until tender and nearly falling off the bone, I decided to compliment this fine cut with the sweet and tangy nuances of Hoisin dressing. The Asian roots of this entree are continued into its fixings with Teriyaki rice noodles and the fresh leafy taste of sautéed ginger and garlic kale sprouts.
